Responsibilities
1. Health management
● Health Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate factors that may affect the health of employees during seismic acquisition operations.
● Health monitoring: Conduct regular employee health checks to ensure that the working environment meets health standards.
● Emergency plan: Develop and implement health-related emergency plans, such as heatstroke, altitude sickness, etc.
2. Safety and security management
● Safety training: Organize and implement safety training to ensure that employees have the necessary safety knowledge and skills.
● Security Inspections: Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
● Accident Investigation: Investigate the accidents that occurred, analyze the causes and propose improvement measures.
● Safety system: Formulate and improve the safety management system to ensure that all safety measures are effectively implemented.
3. Environmental protection
● Environmental assessment: Assess the impact of seismic acquisition
operations on the environment and formulate corresponding environmental protection measures.
● Waste management: Ensure that the waste generated during the operation is properly disposed of to avoid environmental pollution.
● Ecological protection: take measures to protect the ecological environment of the operation area and reduce the impact on animals and plants.
4. Compliance Management
● Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that seismic acquisition operations comply with national and local HSSE laws and regulations.
● License management: Responsible for handling the relevant HSSE license and approval procedures.
● Report preparation: Prepare HSSE reports on a regular basis and report HSSE work to the higher authorities.
5. Emergency Management
协鑫集团-埃塞俄比亚天然气项目
协鑫集团-埃塞俄比亚项目是由协鑫投资开发，涵括勘探、开采、管输、液化、石油化工于一体，贯通埃塞俄比亚、吉布提、 中国的特大型油气资源项目。项目位于油气资源富集的欧加登盆地，合同区面积2.42万平方公里。该项目是中国囯家“一带一路”重点项目，被埃塞政府确立为能源领域最大的对外合作项目，并成为与埃塞俄比亚复兴大坝水电项目并列排在第一位的国家重大工程。
项目聚焦埃塞本土能源需求，替代进口，助力工业、交通、化工、民生等领域的发展。首期天然气液化项目成功投产，实现埃塞俄比亚天然气商业化零的突破，助力其完成从“依赖进口”到“自主开发”的历史性蜕变。二期综合开发利用工程已同步启动，为清洁能源进口替代及出口创汇做出重要贡献，同时也将促进当地社区经济发展，为当地人民就业创造更多的工作岗位。
