Fully responsible to ensure the well-site operations will be carrying according to QHSE standards.
Fully responsible to supervise the onsite implementation of all several activities of completion, workover, stimulation and other downhole activities, to work for cost control and ensure efficient and non-stop operation on site.
Fully responsible for the accomplishment of the Completion, Workover and well interventions operations objectives in compliance with the company policies and codes of practice, safety and envirorunental protection, all while optimizing lead times.
Fully responsible to ensure the on-site planning and execution of operation activities will be as per operations program and company policy.
Fully responsible for day-to-day optimization of activities and provision of first-line action and problem-solving in case of unexpected events, under management authorities and acceptance.
Anticipate potential problems and plan alternative operation strategy solutions.
Fully responsible for the management of contractors equipment and personnel.
Initiate and issue daily site operation plan as per signed Operation Program.
Input, complete and deliver daily operation report timely.
Hold operation meeting at daily basis and pre-job safety meeting as required.
Organize all kinds of drills as per Company policy.
Ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with QHSE requirements and Company policy.
Update and maintain the site tool and material inventory.
Maintain good communication and coordination with the relevant Company departments and personnel for fully supporting well operation.
Verify and confirm contractor's workload, sign off all field tickets, and evaluate contractor's performance for each well operation.
Organize a good well handovers from and back to Drilling Department and/or Production District of Company.
Review and initiate the Final Post Job Report and complete URS report at the end of Operation
Optimize operation procedures, summarize lessons learnt and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Prepare PPT document and make a presentation to the staff of Downhole Operation Department to summarize each well operation.
Review and update eventually the Completion and Workover Operation Program.
Check and confirm the Wellsite supervisor has prepared the Material Manifest and Return Material Manifest for each operation on timely manner.
Work in office/field as per department managers decisions.
Requirements：
Prefer Bachelor (BSc) degree certificate of petroleum or higher.
Valid physical health certificate(persons with disease such as cardiopathy, sudden dyspnea, HIV, Hepatitis Band other communicable diseases, etc., are unacceptable).
