a)Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Petroleum superintendenting /Artificial lift Trade
b)Fully understanding regarding reservoir background an d fluid properties also able to make sizing an d optimization for ESP in varied scenarios.
c)Applicant shall have valid H2S Certificate, firefighting an d first Aid Certificate requirement.
d)Valid physical health certificate (persons with disease such as cardiopathy, sudden dyspnea, HIV, Hepatitis B an d other communicable diseases, etc., are unacceptable).
e)Age shall be no more than 45 years old.
2)Working Experience Requirement
a)Minimum 8 years of experience in major oil an d gas producing company mainly in ESP artificial lift operations.
b)Candidate shall have at least 3 years of experience as ESP Supervisor with international major oil companies Or international service companies.
c)Experience of ESP installation, workover, application, optimization for oil & water wells is required.
3)Skill Requirement
a)Strong understanding of down hole condition an d familiar with all types of ESP equipment include Y-tool, Casing Shroud, POD /CAN system, various of connectors, down-hole sensors, etc.
b)QHSE policy design (related to ESP job issue) an d provide suggestions an d consulting.
c)Fluent in oral an d written English, able to have free communication with people an d undertake all kinds of paper work in English.
d)Self-starter an d high integrity with strong interpersonal skills an d excellent coordination skills.
e)Knowledge Microsoft Office software, such as EXCEL, WORD, PPT an d PROJECT, etc.
4)Position Responsibility
a)Supervises an d directs the execution according to the ESP completion/workover program.
b)Communicate with all related departments an d all the vendors regarding ESP issue in order to prepare ESP job plans.
c)Ensures availability of adequate materials, spares, tools an d test equipment guided by standard procedures.
d)Provides technical direction to subordinates on fault finding diagnoses an d repairs.
e)Inspects work progress/completed work through site visits and/or review of work records to ensure proper an d timely execution.
f)Adjusts work schedules to accommodate urgently required work an d follows up receipt of work orders upon completion of repairs procedures.
g)Communication with the Service superintendents to notify them of their job allocation an d acting as point of contact for the superintendents when they are working on site.
h)Communicate with ESP Supplier in order to ensure the Supplier allocates enough resources to support field operations.
i)Ensure all ESP working procedures an d related SOP document are in place an d periodically reviewed.
j)Responsible to review an d sign all the ESP job reports submitted by ESP Suppliers.
k)Prepare the final well report after each ESP installations an d capture the lessons learned.
l)QHSE control for the ESP Installation/ Pulling/Commissioning/ Spin Test/ Troubleshooting an d related ESP jobs.
